Rolling Stones 2013 Tour?

Will a Rolling Stones 2013 Tour actually happen?

The Answer is May and June 2013!

 Really, you can read all the blogs and articles you want, but until Mick Jagger makes an announcement himself, or on You Tube like they did last time, you just don't know for sure.

This is what we knew first:

1. Technically, 1962 was the first year of the stones so 2012 would be the 50th anniversary.  However Charlie Watts did not join until 1963, so you could count 2013 as the true 50th anniversary.
2. They went in to a studio in Brooklyn last spring and just played around a bit and there should be film from that in a 50th Anniversary documentary Cross fire Hurricane coming out in the Fall of 2012.
3. Although there was talk of a rift between Keith Richards and Mick Jagger over some comments Keith wrote in a book, they got over it.
4. The last time the played together was at the end of The Bigger Bang tour in 2007. Music is not like riding a bike, you don't just pick it up, but they would be what you call rusty,  which is easy to clear up.  It will all come back, and apparently things went well.
5. Any talk of a new alblum is a fact  GRRR! will be releaseed on November 13, 2012 50 tracks for 50 years  a 3 CD compilation of their career and two new hits.  
6. On October 15, 2012 they announced a four concert tour in London and NYC (Newark NJ) and added a fifth one a few weeks later.

April 2013 UPDATE

At Event Ticket Specialist, we will have any additional Rolling Stones 2013 tickets the day the announcement is made and venues can then release the tickets. 

We are waiting on  The Staples Center in LA to finalize a date as they are dealing with conflicts with Lakers, Clippers and Kings playoff schedules.
